Terms & Conditions

General Terms
  • You agree to check with your child’s care provider if your child has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained. 
  • You agree to disclose any medical condition that your child has. 
  • You agree to follow safe sleep guidelines in line with recommendations from The Lullaby Trust and the NHS.
  • Results are entirely dependent on commitment from you and any other caregivers to consistently and accurately follow the sleep plan written for you. I cannot guarantee results. 
  • After a week, email and messenger support will cease, unless further support is requested at an extra cost.
  • I agree not to share any personal details or information with any third parties. 

Payment Terms
  • Payment is to be made in full, via bank transfer, on receipt of invoice, before the personalised sleep plan is issued. 
  • Instruction to proceed, via email, means you agree to the above terms and conditions, including payment terms. 
  • Refunds can not be issued.
