This is my most popular plan, owing to the continuous support I offer during the first week of implementing the plan. Some of the issues I have worked on to improve using this plan include; helping a baby to fall asleep independently, without the need for rocking or feeding, building routines for individual circumstances including working around school runs or nursery days and variances in schedules and also helping parents who have been co sleeping with their baby to transition them in to their own bedroom.
